13cu tanks

are these tanks legal in the uk been getting mixed views from several sources i know a larger dot bottle isnt but something about the size of tank keeps comming up

i know there must be a source of pi stamped bottles somewhere since my old mans air rifle he tried to sell me had a 13cu pi tank

yeah, go air rifle shops and you can see they have tiny bottles but with different valves
i managed to get a pi stamped 3.5 oz tank, apparently they hold more shots then a 13cu air bottle

did a standard reg fit on it ? or is that co2?
